A Different Kind of Real Estate Advisor in the Philadelphia Suburbs
Why My Clients Get Big-Firm Precision With Local, Relationship-First Service
Real estate is one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make. Yet too often, the process is treated casually—pricing based on gut feeling, negotiations handled emotionally, and risks discovered only after they’ve become expensive problems. My practice is built on the belief that your real estate transaction deserves the same level of rigor, preparation, and attention to detail that Fortune 500 companies demand when millions of dollars are on the line.
Before entering real estate, I spent nearly eight years as a corporate litigation attorney. I graduated from Williams College in 2015 and Georgetown Law in 2018, then went on to defend global companies including Bayer, Novartis, DuPont, and Chemours. I worked on complex matters including mass torts, corporate depositions, and settlements valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
Today, I bring that same discipline, preparation, and strategic thinking to my real estate clients throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, including the Main Line, New Jersey suburbs, Bucks County, and Chester County.
Why I Transitioned Into Real Estate
The decision to combine law and real estate wasn’t accidental—it was intentional.
As fulfilling as corporate litigation was professionally, it came with tradeoffs. Long hours, constant pressure, and limited control over my schedule made it difficult to prioritize family in the way I wanted. The birth of my children sharpened that reality. I wanted to build something of my own, control my business, and have a direct, positive impact on the people I serve.
Real estate offered that opportunity—especially when paired with my legal background.
Buying or selling a home is deeply personal. It affects where your family lives, how your finances evolve, and how secure you feel about your future. My goal is to remove uncertainty from that process by providing clarity, structure, and calm guidance, even in competitive or high-stress situations.
What Sets My Practice Apart
Clients work with me because they receive:
- Institutional-level preparation
- I analyze pricing, terms, and strategy with the same rigor I used in corporate litigation.
- High-stakes negotiation experience
- I’ve negotiated under real pressure—when outcomes determined the future of companies.
- Clear, consistent communication
- No disappearing acts. No confusion. You always know where things stand.
- Detailed, professional work product
- The standard I bring is the standard Fortune 500 companies pay for—now applied to your transaction.
I work with clients at every stage of life and every price point. My approach remains the same regardless of transaction size: do it right, protect the client, and deliver results.
Deep Roots in the Area I Serve
I grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania. My father and grandparents grew up in and around Philadelphia, and my wife grew up in New Jersey. Coming back to this region to raise our family wasn’t just a lifestyle decision—it was a values decision. Community, proximity to family, and long-term stability matter to us, and that perspective informs how I advise my clients.
I’m proud to be affiliated with Keller Williams Empower, a brokerage known for professionalism, education, and client-first service.
